Swarovski crystals on ski goggles for the win! Here’s how it happened: I finally got the Bedazzler out for a little fun, and the little bugger didn’t make things dazzle like I wanted it to. The gems are set in a metal casing and really don’t sparkle at all. So I went back to the craft store and found a Bejeweler also called a Hotfix tool. This tool looks like a sautering iron and affixes Swarovski crystals with a heat activated adhesive. These little crystals really sparkle, and I like that. The name brand crystals don’t come cheap, a package of 36 set me back $5.99, but on the other hand it is nearly impossible to find replacement gems for the Bedazzler. The Bejeweler or Hotfix Tool costs $19.99 at Michaels Craft Store, and I think I’ll use it more. My kids do love the Bedazzler, and have really gone to town using it. It’s safer for kids too- no burning hot iron involved. I really love my new Swarovski crystals on ski goggles look. I’ve gotten many compliments on them already:)

The Swarovski crystals really last! After years of wearing these goggles, not even one crystal fell off. Very durable adhesive, I would definitely recommend the Hotfix tool.
