can we stop and talk about the weather for a minute

The chocked-full-at-the-end-of-December snow shovel aisle at Walmart in Park City struck me as I passed thru- here we are almost to January and no one in northern Utah has had any reason to purchase a snow shovel yet this year.

This is what the skiing looked like today, literally all man made. The rest of the slopes you can see in the background have been dusted with snow but still wait, nearly bare naked, for a storm to pass by.

Downtown Salt Lake and the lights of Temple Square, very pretty and very dry. Not a snowflake in sight- on the ground or in the sky.

This guy should be buried in a snow bank instead of scaring the begeebles out of passerbyers like myself… and I came upon him in broad daylight.
I don’t know who is the artist/hooligan responsible for this installation- well done, you sure had me fooled.

Maybe it’s just me, or is anyone else wondering what is happening to our planet and will it ever snow again?

We drove 900 miles north to BC in hopes to a white Christmas skiing with the kids. Today was a spring like day in Canada, and we hit the pool instead of the slopes. Pray for snow dear neighbor.

Yes, I am wondering. Millie is dying to play in the snow. Today was practically warm!
