extremely close up

I made one final (for a little while at least) messenger bag, here it is getting ready for the final step of sewing it all together. I would just like to thank my Bernina for patiently sewing through a million layers of vinyl, canvas and interfacing like it was no problem whatsoever.
I made a similar bag (the details on the front) only smaller, last year. I like the colors so much, I made another. By the way- does anyone know how to make fold line in vinyl (or leather) go away??
The inside- chocked full of pockets and patterns.
Extremely important my friends- if you want to wear the bag while riding your bike… you must have a waist strap, (so the bag doesn’t end up by your tummy as you start to pedal) I put a sleeve on there for hiding the strap when it’s not in use.
My lovely spouse made this video on Saturday while testing and reviewing a lens by Lensbaby. He did a great job- here’s my lame excuse for my appearance in the video- with 4 hours of sleep behind my eyes, I’d staggered out of bed at 6 am to participate in a neighborhood yard sale. The video is right after the yard sale, before a shower as I scramble to finish making messenger bags. Really, I guess it’s just hard to admit when you’re getting/looking old. So watch it- point and laugh at the extreme closeups of my aged, haggard appearance… the kids, on the other hand, look really cute.
